Refund policy

Because all of the items for sale are handmade, there are no returns available on some items due to Health and Safety regulations. These items will have any return policy listed with the item. 

All items will have a clear and concise description of the item along with a description of the item. It is your responsibility as the consumer to read these details.

No refunds will be issued once any item has been used.

All items are covered with insurance in the event that something gets damaged in shipping but all precautions will be taken to ensure that every item is properly packaged to prevent shipping. In the event that an item is damaged in shipping a claim will be filed with the USPS to retrieve the refund so it can be returned to you, the buyer. I will initiate any claims as I am the person shipping and therefore purchasing the service.

Any request for a refund must be made no more than 7 days upon receiving item(s). The 7 days will start from the date that the package was delivered.

I am very reasonable person and if there should be any problem, I am willing to work something out as long as you are equally reasonable.
